1. Initial System Assessment

Every job starts with listening. We gather the symptoms from you, then inspect the equipment, thermostat, ductwork, and controls to understand how the whole system is behaving — not just the part that appears to have failed.

2. Diagnostic Testing

We run through a structured diagnostic sequence using the right tools for the equipment. That might mean combustion analysis on a furnace, refrigerant pressures on an AC, or airflow and temperature measurements across a duct system. We identify the actual root cause before recommending anything.

3. Load Calculation & Recommendation

For replacements, we perform a proper heating and cooling load calculation so the new equipment is sized for your building and the Minnesota climate, not just swapped like-for-like. We present options with efficiency ratings, cost, and expected performance so you can make an informed call.

4. Repair or Installation
